In the fertile valley of Potamia, our family invites you into a real Naxian garden kitchen. Harvest what’s in season, cook time-honored recipes with local olive oil and cheeses, and discover the aromas of island herbs. We end every class at a shared table—good food, local wine, and easy conversation. Small groups, private sessions on request, and optional village or garden walks make it a rich, memorable experience.
About Cooking Lessons
Our Half-Day Naxos Cooking Class (4 Hours)
We’re a small, family-run kitchen sharing Naxos flavors the way we cook at home—simple, seasonal, and straight from our garden. You’ll pick fresh herbs and vegetables, learn Cycladic techniques for meze, pies, and slow-cooked dishes, then sit together to enjoy the feast with local wine and a little Greek dance.
Classes are intimate and relaxed, tailored for couples, families, or small groups and optional add-ons like a guided garden walk or a visit to a local cheesemaker to see how Naxian cheeses are made. More than a lesson—it's a warm slice of island life.
