Designed for travelers who want more than a meal, our class blends practical skills, Naxian ingredients, and warm island hospitality. you’ll harvest herbs and vegetables from our garden, then cook side-by-side with our family team to master Cycladic favorites—meze, pies, and slow-cooked dishes.
We wrap up at a shared table to enjoy your creations with local wine (and often a little Greek dance). Small groups keep it relaxed and personal, with vegetarian/vegan options and seasonal add-ons like a guided garden walk or a visit to a local cheesemaker.
